Aleesha was able to be recognized as the most effective female bodybuilder in the later portion of 2010. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into an athletic family. The siblings of her played various games, like hockey and ice skating. Aleesha was a sports fan before including softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification through winning the NPC USA Championships 2014. The first time she began competing that was 2008. In 2014, she participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she ranked 9th. In 2015, she maintained her ninth place. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Her first show as a professional took place at that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. She finished 4th, which was her highest place. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding for health reasons.
